What sort of distance can you travel?

We are based in Chelmsford, Essex but we travel up and down the country on a daily basis. We can also provide services into Europe and Ireland.
What Size vehicles do you have?

We can provide anything from a small van all the way up to a large box Luton van. Please have a look at our fleet page on the website.
I have an urgent item that needs to be collected ASAP?

That is not a problem, we will aim to collect your package within 60 minutes of job confirmation. If you have given us a specific collection and delivery time, we will abide by those times to the best of our ability.
When will my delivery be completed?

We can cater for Same Day delivery or work with you and your customer to complete the delivery to your specified time and date.
How can I be sure my items will be safe and insured in transport?

Every single one of our loads will be loaded and secured, while being double checked by the driver and the customer before the leaving the collection point. Our loads in transit insurance will also take that stress away, please have a look our terms & privacy for more information.
How will I know my delivery has been made?

We will obtain a written signiture at every collection and delivery on a headed proof of delivery, which will then be emailed to you within one hour of delivery
How can I make a payment?

Once the invoice has been sent, payment is to be made by bank tranfer or debit/ credit card.
